Custom system development in Sri Lanka
We build software around the way your business actually runs, so your team stops working around spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual re-entry.
Who it is for
Companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools: distributors tracking stock across branches, service businesses managing bookings and jobs, manufacturers following orders and quality. If a product you buy does most of what you need and the rest costs you hours every week, a custom build is worth pricing.
We also tell you when not to build. If an existing product fits, we will say so and help you configure and roll it out.

Questions we are asked
Should we build custom software or buy an existing product?
If a product covers most of your process, buy it and configure it. Build custom software when your process is part of your advantage, or when workarounds are costing you real hours every month. We are happy to give an honest view on a short call.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the number of user roles, modules, integrations and reports. The estimate questionnaire produces an itemised range in rupees, and we confirm a fixed price once the scope is written down.
Who owns the code?
Our standard terms hand over the source code and documentation, so you are never locked in to us. The details are set out in the contract for each project.
Can the system connect to the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect through APIs, webhooks and scheduled syncs, and we tell you early if a tool cannot be integrated.
Can we start with a smaller version?
Yes, and we recommend it. We agree the one workflow that hurts most, build that first, and grow the system from there.
