Challenge
Orders, stock and quality records lived on paper. Two people knew where everything was, and one was about to retire.
Approach
We configured the system around the shop floor's existing vocabulary and moved one department at a time, keeping paper as a backup until the team said it could go.
Solution
Order tracking, stock control and quality records in one system, with tablets at each station and a weekly review that replaced the Friday scramble.
