Challenge
Packers were sorting small fittings by hand at the end of a shift. Floor space was fixed and the line could not stop for installation.
Approach
We measured the line, built a full-scale mock-up out of plywood, and let the packers tell us what was in the way before cutting any metal.
Solution
A self-contained cell with a camera, a diverter and a hopper, installed over a weekend and running the following Monday.
